After receiving your order, we will process it within 48 hours and will contact you regarding the expected delivery/shipping time.

Trinidad
We deliver to anywhere in Trinidad for orders over TTD 500 ($75). Additional delivery fees between TTD 35 – TTD135 ($5 - $20) will be added to your total price.

Internationally
International shipping rates will vary according to the country of destination.
Orders have to be over TTD7000 ($1000).
You will receive your order tracking number by email.

Return & Exchange Policy
No returns, refunds, warranties, or exchanges on any fish and fish tanks. Please examine thoroughly before leaving the shop.
